Who we are

TMCV (Tailor My CV) is a product of Beneath Analytics. This page explains what we do with your data.

What we collect

Your account email and password (stored securely by our login provider).

The details you give us: contact details, work history, education, skills, uploaded CVs, and the job descriptions you paste.

The CVs and cover letters we generate for you.

Basic usage events, such as “CV generated”, so we can run and improve the service. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your details only to write your CVs and cover letters, to run your account, to take payments, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it for us

Our database and file storage provider, which holds your account and documents.

Our AI model provider. To write a CV, we send your profile text and the job description to it. We do not send your password or payment details.

Stripe, which takes payments. We never see your card number.

Our hosting provider, which runs the website.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, roles, CVs, cover letters and login. Payment records may be kept as the law requires.

Your rights

You can download your data and delete your account at any time from the Account page. You can also ask us to correct or erase your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us.
