Your CV gets a score before a person reads it
It reads your CV into fields
The system pulls out job titles, dates, skills and education. A layout it can’t read, or details in the wrong place, cost you points.
It compares those fields to the job
Words from the job description count. If the role asks for “stakeholder reporting” and your CV says “client updates”, the match is weaker.
It sorts applicants by that match
Recruiters usually start at the top of the list. A strong CV that ranks 80th may never be opened.

A real example

FAQs
Does ATS software really reject CVs?
Usually not. Most systems read each CV, score it against the job and rank the applicants. A CV that matches poorly tends to sit low in the list instead of being deleted. Some employers also add knock-out questions, such as work authorisation, and those can screen people out.
Will this get me an interview?
No tool can promise that. TMCV improves how closely your CV matches a job, which helps your ranking. A recruiter or hiring manager still decides who to interview.
Will you make up experience for me?
No. We only use what you give us, and we reorder and reword it. Read each CV before you send it, as you would with any CV.
What happens after my 3 free CVs?
You can keep creating CVs, but new ones stay blurred. One credit unlocks one CV, and €1 buys 5 credits.
How do credits work?
Buy a pack of €5, €10 or €20, or enter any whole amount from €5 to €100. You get 5 credits for every euro, and one credit unlocks one tailored CV. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.
Which files do I get?
A PDF in a plain single-column layout with standard section headings, which is what most ATS software reads best. You can also edit the wording on the page and rebuild the PDF before you download it.
Can you write a cover letter too?
Yes. A one-page cover letter for each role costs 1 credit. It uses only the facts in your profile.
What if the job wants a skill I have but my CV doesn’t show?
TMCV lists the keywords your CV is missing. If you really have a skill, add it with one click and write a new version. It will only ever add skills you confirm.
Does it work with every ATS?
We can't test against every system, and each one scores differently. We follow the layout rules most of them share.
What happens to my details?
They are stored in your account and used to write your CVs. To write a CV, we send your profile and the job description to an AI model provider.
