Failed documents
If we cannot write a CV or cover letter, you are not charged. You never lose a credit to a failed attempt.
Unused credits
If you bought credits and have not used any of them, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase.
Used credits
Credits already spent on documents are not refundable, because the documents have been delivered. If something went wrong with a document, contact us and we will make it right.
